Keemun Tea

Keemun Tea is a very interesting tea type. Owing its name to the Qimen or “Keemun” region of China’s Anhui Province, this rich and plummy tea is known for the delicacy of its taste as well as for a light fruity sweetness of its aroma. Its liquor is pale gold and according to the Chinese it has the flavour of an orchid.

This tea type is great on its own, because it has its own original character. However, Keemun tea is also famous as an ingredient for one of the world’s most renowned tea types: the English Breakfast Blend.
