When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery require a maximum of 7 working days from our team. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
Do you send free samples?
Yes, we do, in the limit of 2 packets of 20 grams of any tea whose price for 100 gr does not exceed £10. On the other hand, should you wish to receive a free sample of a more expensive tea, it is still possible, but the amount of tea will be 10 grams. However, we will charge a £3.95 delivery fee.

How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products everywhere within the UK. There is no minimum quantity required per order. However, there is a free delivery for all orders of over £35.
My order is not complete
If there is an item in your order that is out of stock, we will definitely inform you about it within 24 hours after your order.
I did not receive my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery, Bedford Tea Ltd takes care of the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not send the fault back to the carrier by letting you deal with it. We shoulder full responsibility by immediately returning a new package to you at our expense.

Yes, as long as your order is not “in process”.
Can I cancel my order?
It’s possible to cancel your order! Yet if the order is already prepared, the cancellation fee will be £5 of the purchase price.

I would like to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect concerning the product.
Our products undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any defects, send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to email@example.com with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
